Our Process
ALP uses an adapted AGILE programming method called XP or extreme programming. Functionality of a project will be released in an ongoing, iterative process. This process focuses on breaking the larger project into many small releases, seeking refinement and input of the client at each step, thus insuring a successful overall completion and launch.
Meet with the client
The process begins with getting to know the client's needs and wants for the website. We then gather information and content. A quote is created along with a review of specifications.

Programming
Current web standards and programming are used for all of our sites. We program the site according to client's needs with interactive elements such as e-commerce, log-ins, forms, menus, maps, calendars, slideshows, etc.
|
Testing
We then create a usable source for the client to test and navigate throughout the site. The client will be able to interact with the developers as changes are made during the tesing process.
|
Launch
Hosting and email are available through our server. We upload the site and check the links and programmed elements to ensure that they work properly. Finally, the official link of the site is sent to the client and launched to the public. We then follow up with the client.
